CARB-CONSCIOUS SMOOTHIE:
CALIFORNIA CLING PEACH, APRICOT AND STRAWBERRY SWIRL

The California Cling Peach, Apricot and Strawberry Swirl is made with naturally sweet fruit and unsweetened yogurt and contains fewer carbohydrates (only 29 grams of carbohydrates per one-cup serving) than other nationally popular fruit smoothie bar drinks.

Makes: 4 Smoothies (1-cup servings)

Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can California Apricot halves packed in extra light syrup or 100% juice, drained
1 15 oz. can California Cling Peach slices packed in 100% juice, drained
8 medium frozen strawberries
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
4 ice cubes

Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
