California Apricot Cake

Ingredients:
1 box (5 lb.) Pillsbury Deluxe Cake Mix
6 1/2 cups water
8 cups chopped canned California apricots
Follow the directions on the cake box. After the water
is combined with the cake mix, fold in the chopped apricots.
Bake according to the box instructions.
Yield:
18 x 26 inch sheet pan or
8 8-inch layers or
6 9-inch layers or
72 cup cakes
