Portion size: 2” x 2 1/2” serving

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:
Prepare gelatin according to package directions, using only boiling water.

Add apricot sauce, stir until blended.

Pour into 12"x20"x2" pan(s) or individual dishes.

Chill until set.


Variation:  Substitute sugar-free gingerale for water.


Note:   24 oz. package of sugar-sweetened gelatin can be used.
